Why join the Coaching Network?

Being a part of the network is an opportunity to collaborate with instructional coaches and teachers leaders in other districts and reflect on strategies and techniques that have the greatest impact on teacher learning and student achievement.

Network participants will also have access to resources that will enhance their leadership and stay current on instructional strategies.

Each network meeting will cycle through these four focuses:

Reflection – Begin with introductions and an opening question to reflect on our coaching work.
Solution – Work through an exercise protocol to elicit conversation targeting solutions for challenges we face in our coaching roles.
Collaboration – Pick your peeps! Celebrate our coaching work by sharing strategies and resources with like-minded leaders.
Action – Close with a question that generates an action to commit to as we return to our schools to inspire learning!
